【摘要】 结合之江大桥水中承台新型锁口钢板桩围堰施工实例,对新型锁口钢板桩围堰施工的工艺原理、设计与布置、钢板桩插打、锁口封堵、围堰内吸砂及封底混凝土浇筑等方面进行了详细的研究分析。分析表明新型锁口钢板桩围堰,具有将侧板的拼装及安装化整为零,使得拼装及下放简单,合拢便捷,封水效果好等优点。为水中承台无底围堰施工提供了一种新的施工方案,且对同类工程施工具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 Based upon the construction example of new locking steel pile cofferdam at water platform of Zhijiang bridge,the thesis analyzes the new locking steel pile cofferdam in detail including process principles,design and layout,driving of steel sheet piles,locking plugging,cofferdam absorbing sand,concrete pouring with bottom sealing and so on.The analysis shows that new locking steel pile cofferdam simplifies installation,decentralization,closure of sideboards and produres good results of sealing water,which offers a new plan for the construction and has the meaning to guide similar engineering construction.
