【摘要】 目的:探讨银敷料联合生长因子与传统方法对糖尿病合并痈创面的治疗效果。方法:将糖尿病合并痈的36例患者按就诊顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各18例。观察组采用德湿银(Atrauman Ag)联合重组人表皮生长因子(rh-EGF)进行切口换药;对照组采用传统方法,即局部使用1%雷弗奴尔、0.5%甲硝唑溶液、阿托品合成溶液湿敷进行切口换药,于治疗6周时观察切口愈合情况。结果:治疗6周后观察组切口愈合情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:Atrauman Ag联合rh-EGF治疗糖尿病合并痈能够缩短切口愈合时间,提高治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the efficacy of ionic silver dressing combined with recombinanI human epidermal growrh factor in treatment of diabetic carbuncle with the traditional method.Methods:A total of 36 subjects with diabetic carbuncle were recruited into the pilot study and randomly divided into treatment group(Atrauman Ag combined with rh-EGF were used)and control group(traditional method 1% Rivanol,0.5% Metronidazole solution,atropine were used).The efficacy of the two methods were evaluated separately after 4 and 6 weeks.Results:The efficacy rate of the treatment group after treat 6 weeks were significant better than those in control group.Conclusion:Atrauman:Ag combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor(rh-EGF)have positive effects on healing of diabetes carbuncle.更多还原
