【摘要】 目的:了解护士对静脉采血项目检验分析前质量控制知识的掌握程度。方法:采用Soderberg设计的《静脉采血检验分析前质量控制调查问卷》对125名在岗护士进行了问卷调查,其中有效问卷116份。结果:静脉采血项目平均得分为(39.7±14.7)分;不同教育背景、职称、是否参加过静脉采血知识培训的护士得分方面没有统计学差异,但不同年龄、不同工作年限、不同科别的护士得分有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:大多数护士缺乏足够的静脉采血相关知识,建议加强临床护士静脉采血培训课程的继续教育及在校护生的静脉采血知识基础课程的教育,并鼓励护士积极主动获取静脉采血新知识、新进展,共同促进静脉采血实践标准化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the current level of nurses′ knowledge of venous blood sampling.Methods:In this research,125 registered nurses were surveyed with the questionnaire about venous blood sampling.The effective question naire were 116.Results:The average scores of venous blood sampling was(39.7±14.7).There were no significant differences among nurses in terms of education back and whether they had training of venous blood sampling. However,there were statistically significant differences among scores of nurses at different ages,work experience and clinical areas(P<0.05).Conclusion:This survey suggested that nurses′ knowledge of venous blood sampling be improved by enhancing basic and continuing education of them.The nurses should actively to learn the new development in venous blood sampling and standardization of the practice.更多还原
