【摘要】 选取6～8月龄体重在7.3～9.5㎏的豪猪22只,分别用不同剂量(0.04、0.05、0.06 mL/kg)的眠乃宁进行麻醉,观测诱导期、麻醉期和苏醒时间。同时,采血做血常规检测分析。结果表明:豪猪注射眠乃宁0.05 mL/㎏,6～7 min可平稳进入麻醉状态,麻醉诱导快,豪猪无呕吐、躁动等现象,呼吸趋于平缓。血常规检测分析中各项指标正常。更多还原

【Abstract】 22 porcupines about 6～8 months old and 7.3～9.5 kg weight were treated with different doses of Miannaining(0.04 mL/kg,0.05 mL/kg,0.06 mL/kg) for anesthesia.The anesthesia induction period,the anesthesia period and the revival time were observed,meanwhile,the routine blood examination of porcupine was conducted.The results indicated that,porcupine injected Miannaining 0.05 mL/kg,6~7 minutes later,was brought into a state of anesthesia.The anesthesia induction was fast,and the porcupine breathed steady without vomiting,agitation and other phenomena.Each index in routine blood examination is normal.更多还原
