空间移位下农田黑土过氧化氢酶与土壤养分的相关性研究

【摘要】 以中国科学院海伦生态实验站长期定位空间移位试验为平台,以5种不同有机质含量的农田黑土为研究对象,主要研究5种不同有机质含量的农田黑土过氧化氢酶活性在玉米生育期内的动态变化规律及其与土壤肥力的关系。试验结果表明:过氧化氢酶活性随有机质含量的增加而增加,且5种不同有机质含量的农田黑土的过氧化氢酶活性高峰值均出现在拔节期。过氧化氢酶活性与土壤有机质、全氮、全磷、碱解氮、容重、含水率之间均呈显著相关。过氧化氢酶对土壤有机质、全氮、碱解氮含量有直接正效应。

【Abstract】 Soil catalase activity variation and its relationship with soil fertility was studied during maize growth period for phaeozem with five different organic matter contents,which was based on a long-term field experiment established by soil removal method at Hailun Agroecology Experimental Station,CAS.The results of a series of experiments showed that the activities of catalase enhanced with the increasing of soil organic matter content and its high peak value occurred at jointing stage for all phaeozem with five different organic matter contents.The catalase activities were significantly correlated with soil organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,available nitrogen,soil moisture content and soil bulk density.Catalase had direct and positive effect on soil organic matter,total nitrogen and available nitrogen.
