【Abstract】 This paper presents a study on the time-dependent population developing system and discusses the optimal control problem of the time-dependent population developing system by regarding the noncompetitive fertility rate and the competitive fertility rate as two control elements.The existence and uniqueness of the optimal control for the time-dependent population developing system are proved by the functional analysis methods.更多还原
