【摘要】 辽宁农民工社会保障体系的完善对于辽宁沿海经济带以及辽宁省的经济社会发展具有重要的现实意义。基于辽宁省14个地区,搜集了222个样本的调查问卷,针对统计数据对辽宁省农民工社会保障情况做出基本判断,并在此基础上进行了深层次的原因分析。并根据辽宁省情,提出完善政府—企业—农民工三位一体的社保体系思路,完善辽宁省内地区间农民工保险转移政策;提高辽宁省农民工工伤保险与失业保险的参保率;进一步加大社保的执法力度与宣传力度。更多还原

【Abstract】 The improvement of the social security system for migrant workers has important practical significance on the development of Liaoning coastal economic belt and the economic and social development in Liaoning.We collected 222 samples of the questionnaires from 14 districts in Liaoning,making a basic judgment on the situation of social security of migrant workers and the deeper reason analysis based on statistics.Finally,according to the Liaoning provincial situation,we raise up the social security system thinking about perfect trinity of Government-Business-migrant workers,to improve inter-regional insurance transfer policies migrant workers;increase rates of joining workers’ compensation and unemployment insurance;further increase law enforcement and publicity efforts on social security.更多还原
