【摘要】 社区学院是美国高等教育的重要组成部分,为美国经济和社会的发展作出了重要贡献。伴随着我国经济和社会以及高等教育自身的发展需要,在20世纪90年代中期诞生了我国第一所社区学院,并得到了良好发展。经过分析我国社区学院产生的历史背景,可以看到其产生有经验基础、经济基础、理论基础、社会基础和政治基础。这些基础将成为社区学院能否成为高等教育体系组成部分、为经济和社会发展作出贡献的前提与条件。更多还原

【Abstract】 Community college is American higher education important constituent,which has made important contribution to American economy and society’s development.With our country economy and social as well as higher education own development need,our country first community college was born in the middle 1990s,and it obtained certain development.By analyzing historical background that our country community college produces,we found that it had its empirical base,economic basis,rational basis,social basis and political basis.Analyzing community colleges’ realistic environment,we find that these foundations are constituents in our country community college becoming higher education system,and they are premise and foundation to economy and social development.更多还原
