电动车IVT功能设计及电池管理系统的优化

【摘要】 针对国内缺乏专用的电动车智能车载终端(IVT)的问题,通过分析普通车载终端的各种定义和功能,结合电动车在动力能源上与燃油车的不同之处,确定出应具有包括预估电池剩余电量功能在内的电动车IVT功能.并对电池剩余电量的预估受电池温度和电池电动势等因数影响会产生较大偏差的问题,采用Mamdani算法对电动势和温度干扰因数制定模糊控制规则,利用重心法反模糊化获得偏差修正因子,建立了电池剩余电量预估计系统仿真模型,从而对剩余电量估算值进行修正.仿真结果表明优化之后的系统剩余电量预测值的误差范围控制在5%以内,能满足电动车智能车载终端剩余电量的估算要求.

【Abstract】 In view of the lack of special electric motor car IVT,by analysing the functions and definition of IVT for vehicles with oil fuel in this paper and with the differences between electric cars and oil fuel vehicles,the functionns of IVT for electric cars which includes the battery management are identified.The remaining power is influenced by the emf AND the temperature of the battery and the results are of biases.Fuzzy rules for the disturbance factor emf and temperature are formulated based on the Mamdani algorithm,the bias correction factor is obtained by the method of centroid defuzzification to correct the calculated value,and the remaining power calculated simulation model is established to improve the value.The results show that the error of optimized remaining power management system is within 5% and it can meet the demands of the battery management in TVT for electric cars.
