新训练序列下的改进OFDM符号定时算法

【摘要】 正交频分复用(OFDM)技术是一种多载波调制技术,它以频谱利用率高,抗多经衰落能力强等优点得到广泛应用,但OFDM系统对符号定时误差十分敏感,为解决OFDM系统这一问题,在Schmidl算法和Minn算法的基础上,提出了一种新的OFDM符号定时算法.该算法给出了新的训练符号,并对Schmidl算法的时间测度函数进行了改进,仿真结果表明,该算法不仅能够准确的找出符号定时位置,而且具有较低的误比特率.

【Abstract】 Orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM) is a multi-carrier modulation technology,and it is widely used due to its advantages such us high spectrum efficiency and strong anti-multipath faidng ability.However it is particularly sensitive to symbol synchronization errors,so its application has been limited.In order to solve the problem,a novel OFDM symbol timing algorithm is proposed based on Schmidl algorithm and Minn algorithm.A new training symbol is given and time metric in Schmidl algorithm is promoted in the proposed algorithm.The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm which has low bit error rate can find the symbol timing position accurately.
