【Abstract】 In order to make fully prepared for disaster emergency and improve operating room nurses’ ability in disaster relief and disaster reduction,network training mode about disaster nursing ability of operating room nurses was constructed through many methods,including the establishment of network training platform,recruiting members of the network,selection the appropriate training methods,and evaluation and dynamic management of training effects.This model with the support of computer and internet technology and security of medical departments in the organization and management could break through the space and time limit of traditional concentration teaching mode,and had the advantages of learning behavior independent and lifelong education.It was helpful for operating room nurses to create a good learning environment and opportunity,promote exchanging and sharing of disaster nursing knowledge,and promote the training about ability of disaster nursing.更多还原
