【摘要】 目的探讨三级质量控制体系在预防压疮中的应用效果。方法成立压疮护理三级质量控制体系即基层压疮护理小组、医院压疮管理小组及护理部压疮质量控制小组,进行压疮相关知识培训,实施三级质量控制。结果护理人员压疮理论知识和专项技能提高,应用Braden评分表的符合率提高,卧床患者难免压疮上报率增加、发生率下降(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论三级质量控制体系能提高基础护理质量,控制压疮发生,促进原发疾病痊愈,减轻患者经济负担。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effects of the three-level quality control system in the prevention of pressure ulcer.Methods The three-level quality control system,including the grassroots pressure ulcer nursing teams,the hospital management teams of pressure ulcer and the pressure ulcer quality control system of the nursing department,was implemented and the training of pressure ulcer related knowledge was carried out.Results The knowledge and the nursing skills of pressure ulcer among nurses were both improved.The coincidence rate of the application of the Braden score chart was improved.At the same time,the reporting rate of unavoidable pressure ulcer was increased while the incidence was decreased(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The three-level quality control system can not only improve the quality of basic nursing,and reduce the occurrence of pressure ulcer,but also promote the recovery of primary diseases,and ease the economic burdens of the patients.更多还原
