【摘要】 目的了解成都市养老机构老年人需求满足的现状,以期为成都市社会养老机构的人力资源配备、服务内容的改革、管理理念更新等提供理论依据。方法自行设计老年人需求满足调查问卷,对4所成都市社会养老机构的169名老年人进行调查。结果养老机构老年人需求满足总均分为(2.27±0.76)分,老年人需求未得到满足,尤其是自我实现需求(2.19±0.68)分和爱与归属需求(1.91±0.74)分,满足水平较低。结论成都市养老机构在基础设施、管理理念和服务模式方面不能满足老年人的多方面要求,有待改进。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the current situation of old people’s needs satisfaction in Chengdu’s care homes for the elderly,thus to provide new theoretical basis for human resource management,services reform,management concepts transformation,and so on.Method A self-designed questionnaire about older people needs and satisfaction situation was used to investigate 169 respondent from 4 non-governmental care homes for the elderly in Chengdu City.Results The total mean score of needs satisfaction was(2.27 ±0.76),the needs of old people were not satisfied,especially in self-fulfillment needs(2.19 ±0.68) and love and ascription needs(1.91 ±0.74),which was in a lower level.Conclusion The involved care homes for the elderly in Chengdu City could not meet elderly people’s multiple needs in basic instruments,management concepts,and service models.So these factors should be improved.更多还原
