【摘要】 目的探讨膀胱电刺激治疗脑卒中后尿失禁的临床疗效。方法将103例脑卒中患者按住院单双号分为对照组52例和观察组51例,对照组采用常规膀胱功能训练,观察组在此基础上,经患者知情同意后加用膀胱电刺激连续治疗4周,观察并记录两组患者治疗前、后的平均排尿次数、平均单次尿量,并进行B超检查测残余尿量。结果观察组膀胱电刺激连续治疗4周后,患者24 h平均排尿次数明显减少,平均单次尿量增加,残余尿量减少,与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论膀胱电刺激能有效改善脑卒中患者尿失禁及尿频症状。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of intravesical electrical stimulation in patients with urinary incontinence after stroke.Methods A total of 103 cases of stroke patients were divided into control group(52 cases) and observation group(51 cases) according to the single and double hospitalization number.The control group received conventional bladder function training.The observation group received 4 weeks of intravesical electrical stimulation with informed consent.The average frequency of urination,the average single urine volume and the residual urine volume examined with type-B ultrasound were collected before and after treatment and compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group,the patients’ 24 h average voiding frequency was significantly reduced,the average single urine volume increased,and the residual urine volume decreased than those of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Intravesical electrical stimulation can effectively improve urinary incontinence and urinary symptoms for patients after stroke.更多还原
