【摘要】 目的探讨护士长对护理不良事件的管理体验,为有效防范护理不良事件的发生提供依据。方法采用质性研究的深度访谈法,对北京市某二级甲等综合医院的8名护士长进行访谈。结果护士长对护理不良事件的管理意识逐渐增强,在管理过程中承受多重压力并在管理方式上有多种体验。结论护士长应注意缓解自身心理压力,不断完善护理不良事件的管理方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore head nurses’ management experiences about nursing adverse events,so as to provide basis for precaution of nursing adverse events.Methods An in-depth interview was conducted among 8 head nurses in a 2A-level general hospital of Beijing.Results The awareness of head nurses about nursing adverse events was gradually increased.The head nurses had multiple pressures during the course of coping adverse events and had a variety of coping styles.Conclusion The head nurses should pay attention to ease psychological pressure,and constantly improve the management of nursing adverse events.更多还原
