【摘要】 目的调查鼾症儿童的行为问题现状,为有效开展心理健康教育、保障鼾症儿童身心健康提供科学依据。方法对28例进行鼾症手术的6～12岁患儿进行调查,并与同期正常儿童进行比较。结果鼾症组儿童的社会退缩、体诉、攻击性、多动的评分均高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论鼾症儿童较正常儿童存在一定的行为问题,建议医务人员应对鼾症儿童进行心理和行为的干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate behavioral problems in children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS),so as to provide scientific basis for psychological health education and ensure children’s physical and mental health.Methods A total of 28 children aged from 6 to 12 years were selected from the department as the OSAHS group and another 28 healthy children were chosen as the control group.Results The scores of OSAHS children in social withdrawal,body complain,aggression and hyperactivity were significantly higher than the healthy group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the healthy children,the OSAHS children have certain behavior problems.It’s essential to give psychological and behavioral intervention to the children with OSAHS.更多还原
