污泥停留时间及水力停留时间对厌氧处理低温污水的影响(英文)
Effect of sludge retention time(SRT) and hydraulic retention time(HRT) on treatment of synthetic wastewater by anaerobic reactors at low temperature
【摘要】 研究了污泥停留时间(SRT)及水力停留时间(HRT)对厌氧反应器处理低温污水效能的影响。实验采用升流式厌氧污泥床(UASB)反应器处理低温(15℃)合成污水,发现甲烷产率、单位甲烷产率及COD去除率均随SRT的延长(由20至80 d)而提高。出水中溶解性微生物产物(SMP)浓度、多糖与蛋白质的比例随SRT的延长而提高。HRT降低时(由12 h降至6 h),COD的平均去除率由85%提高至93%,甲烷产率增加。出水中厌氧代谢过程的中间产物及SMP浓度分别由15增至30 mg.L-1及32增至50 mg.L-1。
【Abstract】 In order to improve treatment of anaerobic wastewater at low temperature,effect of sludge retention time(SRT) and hydraulic retention time(HRT) on anaerobic reactors was investigated.Lab-scale up flow anaerobic sludge bed(UASB) reactors were performed to treat synthetic glucose and sodium acetate in wastewater respectively at 15 ℃.The results show that performance of UASB reactors treating synthetic wastewater was significantly influenced by SRT.CH4 yield,specific CH4 yield and COD removal increased with prolonged SRT.The effect of HRT on the performance of the UASB reactors shows that,the highest CH4 yield(0.912 L·d-1) was achieved at HRT of 6 h(as HRT decreased from 12 h).As SRT was prolonged,the effluent SMP concentration and the content of protein and polysaccharide in the effluent soluble COD(ESCOD) increased.In addition,polysaccharide/protein ratio increased from 0.6 to 1.3 as SRT increased from 40 days to 80 days.The intermediate products and SMP concentration in the ESCOD decreased from 30 to 15 mg·L-1 and 50 to 32 mg·L-1,respectively,as HRT increased from 6 h to 12 h.The concentration of protein and polysaccharide in the ESCOD was not significantly influenced by HRT.COD removal can be improved from 85% to 93% as HRT decreased from 12 h to 6 h.
