【摘要】 目的:应用横一字形切口并结合眼袋切口矫正内眦赘皮及重睑成形术,观察重睑形态及内眦赘皮矫正后瘢痕增生情况。方法:设计连接新内眦点与原内眦点及下睑缘切口标记线,呈横一字形切口,皮下分离并松解错位异构的眼轮匝肌,折叠缝合内眦韧带,同时常规行切开法重睑术,适度去除多余皮肤并妥善对位缝合。结果:29例患者,共58只眼,其中有3只左眼和1只右眼在1个月左右出现内眦部略微有发红、增生,3个月后均软化消退,18个月后随访患者均未见明显瘢痕出现。结论:应用横一字形切口并结合眼袋切口是矫正内眦赘皮简单有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the double eyelid morphology and scar hyperplasia in correction of epicanthus,applicated transverse incision method combined with pouch incision for correction of epicanthus and double blepharoplasty.Methods:The transverse straight-line incision was performed in new inner canthus to the original eanthal corner point;after the original inner canthus corner point was reached,the oblique-line parallel incision was performed along the lower eyelid so that full subcu-taneous separation was obtained on the upper and lower incision;the malpositioned isomerous orbicu-lar muscle and thickened tissue were released and excised so that the epicanthus skin was naturally restored;routine double eye-lid plasty was then performed,but the double eyelid and the inner canthus incisions were not continuous.Results:29 patients(58 eyes) including 3 left and 1 right around 1 months appear slightly redness and hyperplasia inside canthus,they were softening subsided after 3 months.Followed-up after 18 months,the scars were not obvious for all patients.Conclusions:The epicanthus correction by transverse incision combined with pouch incision is a simple and effective method.更多还原
