【摘要】 目的:探讨他汀类药物对急性心肌梗死早期治疗中的应用。方法:36例患者随机分为治疗组24例,对照组12例。在常规治疗的基础上,治疗组在发病后起予洛伐他汀40 mg每晚顿服,持续3个月,对照组未使用其他他汀类药物。结果:治疗组发生再灌注心律失常明显减少。结论:他汀类药物,有助于减少AMI再灌注治疗后的心肌无复流现象,从而促进心功能恢复[1]。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Study of statins in acute myocardial infarction early treatment application.Methods:36 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of 24 cases,12 cases of control group.On the basis of routine treatment,The treatment group in the pathogenesis of budding to lovastatin 40mg qn,last 3 months.The control group did not use other statin drugs.Results:The treatment group was significantly reduced occurrence of reperfusion arrhythmia.Conclusions:Statin drugs,Contribute to the reduction of AMI after reperfusion therapy for myocardial no-reflow phenomenon,so as to promote the recovery of cardiac function.更多还原
