【摘要】 目的:探讨新型Ahmed FP7青光眼引流阀联合羊膜植入术治疗难治性青光眼的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析我院2009-06～2010-10收治的难治性青光眼病人28例,采用Ahmed-FP7青光眼引流阀联合羊膜植入术进行治疗。通过对病人手术前视力、眼压和手术后1 d,1周,1月,3月,6月,12月病人视力、眼压的变化及术中、术后并发症的发生情况进行观察,分析Ahmed-FP7青光眼引流阀联合羊膜植入术的临床疗效。术后随访时间为12月。结果:术后1 d时眼压,由术前53.51±5.67 mmHg降至术后20.49±6.52 mmHg;术后1周时眼压为18.42±4.37 mmHg;1月时眼压为16.76±5.32 mmHg;3月时眼压为15.43±4.87 mmHg;6月时眼压为15.57±5.22 mmHg;随访至12月时,眼压为15.55±4.62 mmHg。总成功率为93%。结论:应用Ahmed-FP7青光眼引流阀联合羊膜植入术是一种治疗难治性青光眼的安全,有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of the Ahmed FP7 glaucoma valve implantation for treatment of refractory glaucoma.Methods:Totally 28 patients with refractory glaucoma underwent glaucoma surgery using Ahmed-FP7 glaucom avalve in our Hospital from 2009-06 to 2010-10.The changes of intraocular pressure,the vision and postoperative complications were observed,before,1 day,1 week,1 month,3 months,6 months and 12 months after operation.Follow-up time was 12 months.Results:At the postoperative day 1,the intraocular pressure was changed from 51.53±5.67 mmHg to 20.49±6.52 mmHg;at the postoperative week 1,the intraocular pressure was 18.42±4.37 mmHg;at the postoperative month 1,the intraocular pressure was 16.76±5.32 mmHg;at the postoperative month 3,the intraocular pressure was 15.43±4.87 mmHg;at the postoperative month 6,the intraocular pressure was 15.57±5.22 mmHg;at the postoperative month 12,the intraocular pressure was 15.55±4.62 mmHg;and the successful rate was 93%.Conclusions:The glaucoma surgery using Ahmedg laucoma valve is an safe and effective method for refractory glaucoma.更多还原
