【摘要】 目的:观察地塞米松短程静点治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将40例原发性三叉神经痛患者分为对照组16例和研究组24例,均给予常规药物治疗配合针刺运动治疗,对照组在此基础上加用卡马西平,研究组则加用地塞米松,采用目测类比疼痛评分法(VAS)分别于治疗前后及半年后予以测评,观察治疗后患者面部疼痛缓解率。结果:研究组与对照组有效率分别为91.7%和75.0%,研究组与对照组总有效率的差异有显著地统计学意义(P<0.05),地塞米松短程静点治疗原发性三叉神经痛疗效优于口服卡马西平。结论:地塞米松短程静点治疗原发性三叉神经痛显示出良好的治疗效果,且治疗费用低,病人经治疗后无明显不良反应出现,值得在临床上推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy of short-range dexamethasone treatment of primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:40 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia were divided into control group with 16 cases and study group with 24 cases.All received pharmacotherapy and acupuncture treatment.control group received Carbamazapine,study group received dexamethasone.using visual analogy pain score method(VAS) before and after treatment were in and after half a year to evaluate,observed treatment patients after facial pain relief rate.Results:The efficient of two groups were 91.7% and 75.0%,the difference of total effectiveness have significantly statistical significance(P<0.05),the curative effect of dexamethasone short-range treatment is better than an oral carbamazepine.Conclusions:Dexamethasone short-range treatment shows good effect,and low cost of treatment,no obvious adverse reaction appear,which is valuable in clinical application.更多还原
