Akreos Adapt晶体对后囊膜皱褶的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨不同襻式晶体对后囊膜皱褶的影响。方法:通过对574眼病例的术后观察和随访,其中AkreosAdapt人工晶体(四触角式支撑)147眼(A组),植入两襻式人工晶体427眼(B组),对比两组的后极部囊膜皱褶的发生率。结果:术后第1 d后极部出现后囊膜透明皱褶,A组0眼,B组23眼,约占B组5.38%。术后1个月,A组1眼,约占A组0.68%,B组27眼,约占B组6.68%;术后3个月,A组4眼,约占A组2.73%,B组41眼,约占B组10.87%。χ2检验,P<0.005,两组有显著差异。结论:晶体后囊膜皱褶和后囊膜混浊会降低白内障术后视力,应用四触角式支撑结构的Akreos Adapt晶体可以减少后囊膜皱褶,降低后囊膜混浊的发生率。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effect of the distinct structure IOL for posterior capsular wrinkle.Methods:To survey and follow up 574 eyes′ cases after cataract surgery,147 eyes of using Akreos Adapt IOL(the four feelers style′s sustaining)(group A) and 427 eyes of using two bands style(group B) in 574 eyes,compared and analyzed the incidence of posterior capsular wrinkle of posterior polar in two series.Results:Posterior capsular wrinkle of posterior polar takes place on the 1st day after cataract surgery: there is 0 eye in group A,there are 23 eyes in group B and it is around 5.38% in group B′s sumtotal;in the 1st month after cataract surgery: there is 1 eye in group A and it is around 0.68% in group A,there are 27 eyes in group B and it is around 6.68% in group B;in the 3rd month after cataract surgery: there are 4 eyes in group A and it is around 2.73% in group A,there are 41 eyes in group B and it is around 10.87% in group B.The different is significant(P<0.005) after the Chi-square test.Conclusions:Posterior capsular wrinkle and posterior capsular opacification can cut down the acuity vision after cataract surgery.Akreos Adapt IOL using the four feelers style supporting′s structure may decrease the incidence rate of posterior capsular wrinkle,so that reducing the incidence rate of posterior capsular opacification.
