【摘要】 目的:观察经尿道输尿管硬镜联合体外冲击波碎石治疗无积水肾结石临床疗效及应用价值。方法:对本院2000-01～2010-06收治的82例无积水肾结石患者采用经尿道输尿管硬镜联合体外冲击波碎石术治疗进行回顾性研究。结果:本组病例碎石成功率100%,且无肾功能损害。经过2～6个月随访,结石排净率86.6%(71/82),无输尿管狭窄或闭锁等严重并发症出现。结论:采用经尿道输尿管硬镜联合体外冲击波碎石治疗方法无积水肾结石具有低创伤、高效、安全、并发症少的优点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the value of the therapy for non-nephredema renal stone by transurethral urethroscopycombinating ESWL.Methods:82 cases of non-nephredema renal stone were treated by combination of the Transurethral urethroscopy and ESWL.Results:The successful rate was 100%,less renal function damage.Folowed-up for 2~6 months after the operation,the stone clearancerate was 86.6% and less postoperative complication.Conclusions:It is considered that the combination therapy of transurethral urethroscopy and ESWL for non-nephredema renal stone has advantages of high efectiveness,safety and lesscomplication.更多还原
