【摘要】 目的:建立蝎龙接骨散新的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱法(TLC)定性鉴别处方中的血竭、红花和当归;采用高效液相色谱法对羟基红花黄色素A和阿魏酸进行含量测定。用InertsilC8-3柱,乙腈-0.2%磷酸-四氢呋喃(23:75:2)为流动相,流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为340nm。结果:TLC特征斑点明显、专属性强。羟基红花黄色素A和阿魏酸的线性范围分别为11.13～111.35μg/mL和3.42～34.2μg/mL;平均加样回收率分别为100.35%和99.43%(n=6)。结论:所建的新标准可用于蝎龙接骨散的质量控制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study a new quality standard of xielongjiegu powder.Methods:Sanguis draconis,flos carthami and radix angelicae sinensis in the the formula were identified qualititively by TLC.The contents of hydroxysafflor yellow A and ferulic acid were determined by HPLC with a Inertsil C8-3 column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid-tetrahydrofuran(23:75:2) with a flow rate at 1.0 mL/min.Detection wavelength was 340nm.Results:The TLC spots were clear and specific.The linear ranges for hydroxysafflor yellow A and ferulic acid were 11.13 ～ 111.35μg/mL and 3.42 ～ 34.2μg/mL respectively.The average recoveries were 100.35% and 99.43%(n = 6).Conclusion:The new established standard can be used for the quality control of xielongjiegu powder.更多还原
