转FBP7-iaaM基因棉籽对大鼠蛋白质和脂肪及钙吸收利用率的影响
Influence of absorption availability of protein,fat and calcium in rats by feeding genetically modified cottonseed with FBP7-iaaM gene
【摘要】 目的研究喂饲转FBP7-iaaM基因棉籽对大鼠主要营养素(蛋白质、脂肪和钙)吸收利用率的影响。方法将60只Wistar大鼠随机分为3组,即转基因组(饲料中转FBP7-iaaM基因棉籽含量为5%)、亲本组(饲料中亲本对照冀棉14棉籽含量为5%)和饲以常规饲料的对照组,每组20只,雌雄各半,均喂养14 d,比较各组大鼠蛋白质功效比值,蛋白质、脂肪、钙的表观消化率等情况。结果两性别转基因组、亲本组大鼠的蛋白质、脂肪的表观消化率及雌性大鼠钙的表观消化率均高于对照组(P<0.01),但转基因组与亲本组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);转基因组、亲本组雄性大鼠的蛋白质功效比值均高于对照组,但差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论喂饲转FBP7-iaaM基因棉籽和亲本对照棉籽对大鼠蛋白质、脂肪吸收利用率基本具有实质等同性。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of genetically modified(GM) cottonseed with FBP7-iaaM gene on main nutrients(protein,fat,calcium) absorption availability of rats.Methods Wistar rats were divided into three groups,one transgenic cottonseed group,one parent strain control cottonseed group,one feed control group.The rats were fed with corresponding food for 14 days.The apparents digestibility of protein,fat,calcium and the protein efficiency ratio were observed.Results The apparents digestion rate of protein,fat in male and female and calcium in female in GM group and parent control group were higher than those of feed control group(P<0.01),but there was no statistic difference in GM groups and its parent control group;There was no statistic difference in protein efficiency ratio between the GM cottonseed group and its parent strain control cottonseed group(P>0.05).Conclusion There was substantial-equivalent in absorption availability of the main nutrients(protein,fat) between transgenic cottonseed and its parent strain control cottonseed in rats.
