【摘要】 近年来,随着不孕不育人数的快速攀升,外源性化学物的生殖毒理学研究已成为目前毒理学研究的热点。动物实验和流行病学调查结果表明,多种抗生素对精子有明显的损伤作用。在我国,抗生素在临床和养殖业中滥用现象非常普遍。而在使用抗生素时却忽视了抗生素对雄性生殖功能的影响。该文对抗生素的雄性生殖毒性作用进行了综述,以引起人们重视抗生素的生殖毒性作用,并为育龄男性临床合理用药提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increase of infertility and aphoria in recent years,the reproductive toxicology of xenobiotics has become a research focus in modern toxicology.The results from animal experiment and epidemiological investigation show that many antibiotics can cause damage in the sperm.The abuse phenomenon of antibiotics is very general in clinic and breeding industry in our country.However,the effect of antibiotics on male reproductive function were always ignored.The present review is a synopsis of research on male reproductive toxicity of antibiotics,in order to pay attention to the reproductive toxicity of antibiotics and provide references for clinical rational drug use to fertile-age males.更多还原
