遥感法与ASM5025工况法对照检测尾气排放
Comparitive test of exhaust pollutants by remote sensing and ASM5025 driving mode methods
【摘要】 在重庆市主城区募集100辆长安SC系列点燃式发动机在用汽车进行遥感法和ASM5025工况法尾气排放状况对照检测实验。结果表明,受发动机负荷与转速的共同影响,多数车辆NOx和HC遥测值比工况值小,而CO则相反。通过对工况值(y)与遥测值(x)的回归分析,得到CO的回归方程为y=0.93x+115.36,t检验显示方程具有线性(α=0.10)。经大量实验论证合理后,方程可作为制定点燃式发动机在用汽车遥感法CO地方标准排放限值的依据。
【Abstract】 A comparison experiment was designed to study the states of exhaust pollutants under remote sensing conditions and the ASM5025 driving mode conditions,using 100 Changan SC series in-use cars equipped with spark ignition engine collected from urban district of Chongqing City.Results showed that the remote sensing values of NOx and HC discharged by the majority of cars were smaller than the driving mode values owing to the influence of the engine load and speed,while for CO,the contrary was true.The calibration graph of the driving mode value(y) versus remote sensing value(x) was plotted,and the regression equation wasy=0.93x+115.36.The T-test values showed the good linearity of yversusx(α= 0.10).Thus,the local standard for emission limits of CO under remote sensing conditions can be established on the basis of the equation.
