城市污泥中酚的测量不确定度及其符合性评定

【摘要】 为了给出日常检验接近符合限之测量结果的符合性结论,依据日常检测记录评估了4-氨基安替比林直接光度法测定城市污泥中挥发酚的测量不确定度。结果显示:曲线拟合、校准溶液配制、测量重复性和回收率不确定度为主要分量,体积与质量分量均可忽略;提高日常检验符合性评定能力水平的途径是努力提高校准曲线线性程度、尽量选用低浓度、低不确定度的标准储备液、对测量结果进行回收率校正。

【Abstract】 In order to provide a conformity conclusion of measurement results which closely conform to the limit in daily inspection,the uncertainty in measurement of detecting volatile phenol in municipal sludge was evaluated by 4-aminoantipyrine direct spectrophotometric method based on daily determination records.The results indicated that the curve fitting,measurement repeatability and uncertainty of calibration solution and recovery were the main components,and the solution volume and sample mass were ignorable components.To improve conformity assessing ability in daily inspection,three points are necessary: 1) try to improve the calibration curve linearity,2) if possible,try to select standard stock solution with low concentration and uncertainty,3) correct the measuring results with recoveries.
