【摘要】 目的对VITEK 2 COMPACT全自动微生物分析仪的鉴定和药敏性能进行评价。方法通过测定标准菌株ATCC27853铜绿假单胞菌、ATCC25922大肠埃希菌、ATCC25923金黄色葡萄球菌、ATCC29212粪肠球菌共40次,对VITEK 2 COMPACT全自动微生物分析仪鉴定重复性进行评价。用2007~2010年卫生部质评菌株(20株),以卫生部回报结果为参考标准,对VITEK 2 COMPACT全自动微生物分析仪鉴定准确性进行评价,以卫生部药敏质控回报结果为判断标准,对VITEK 2 COMPACT全自动微生物分析仪药敏准确性进行检测,平行测试了20种抗生素对20株菌的182对次药敏试验。结果 VITEK 2 COMPACT全自动微生物分析仪细菌鉴定重复性为100.0%。对20株常规细菌的鉴定符合率为100%(Kappa值为1.000,P<0.01)。对革兰阴性杆菌药敏结果的标准符合率为94.4%(85/90),极严重错误率3.3%(3/90),严重错误率1.1%(1/90),一般错误1.1%(1/90);对革兰阳性球菌药敏结果的标准符合率为93.5%(86/92),极严重错误率0.0%(0/92),严重错误率1.1%(1/92),一般错误5.4%(5/92),总标准符合率为94.0%(171/182)。结论 VITEK 2 COMPACT全自动微生物分析仪鉴定和药敏系统准确率和重复性极高,非常适合于临床快速、准确鉴定,可为临床合理使用抗生素提供依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the performance of VITEK 2 COMPACT automatic microbiology analyzer in terms of the function of bacteria identification and drug sensitivity.Methods The identification repeatability of VITEK 2 COMPACT automatic microbiology analyzer was assessed by detecting the standard strain of pseudomonas aeruginosa(ATCC27853),escherichia coli(ATCC25922),staphylococcus aureus(ATCC25923) and enterococcus faecalis(ATCC29212) for 40 times.The identification accuracy and drug sensitivity of the analyzer were evaluated by analyzing the results of external quality assessment from 2007 to 2010,including 20 strains.Results The identification repeatability and accuracy of VITEK 2 COMPACT automatic microbiology analyzer were both 100%.As for gram-negative bacteria,the results of drug sensitivity presented a coincidence rate of 94.4%(85/90),an extremely serious error rate of 3.3%(3/90),a serious error rate of 1.1%(1/90) and a general error rate of 1.1%(1/90).For gram positive bacteria,the coincidence rate,extremely serious error rate,serious error rate and general error rate of drug sensitivity were 93.5%(86/92),0.0%(0/92),1.1%(1/92) and 5.4%(5/92),respectively.The total coincidence rate was 94.0%(171/182).Conclusion The repeatability and accuracy of bacteria identification and drug sensitivity of VITEK 2 COMPACT automatic microbiology analyzer are very high and the analyzer can guide clinical practice for rational use of antibiotics.
