双波长分光光度法测定卤水中溴离子
Detection of Bromine Ion in Bittern by Dual-wavelength Spectrophotometer Method
【摘要】 实验研究了双波长分光光度法测定卤水中的溴离子的新方法。在cCl-≥0.9mol/L、pH值=1.6的介质中,用ClO-将卤水中Br-氧化为BrCl,测量波长为337 nm、参比波长为310 nm,双波长光度法测定卤水中Br-的浓度在1.0×10-4mol/L~1.5×10-3mol/L范围符合ΔA=285 c-0.003(R2=0.999 7)的线性回归方程。nI-/nBr-<25时I-对Br-测定结果产生干扰的误差小于5%,卤水中其它常见离子对该法测定Br-无干扰。该方法适用于提溴用原料卤水中的Br-快速测定。
【Abstract】 New method of detection of bromine ion in the bittern by spectrophotometer is studied.Bromine ion is oxidized to BrCl by ClO-under the condition that the concentration of Cl-is 0.9mol/L and the pH value is 1.6.When absorption wavelength is 337nm and reference wavelength is 310nm,the concentration of Br-in the bittern is from 1.0×10-4 mol/L to 1.5×10-4 mol/L which accords to the linear regressive equation of ΔA=285c-0.003(R2=0.999 7).The interference tolerance of I-ion is less than 5% when nI-/nBr-is less than 25.Other common coexist ions in the bittern have no interference.The method is suitable for the rapid detection of bromine in the brine for bromine production.
