提溴原料卤水中还原性杂质在线监测方法

【摘要】 自主设计并研制了提溴原料卤水中还原性杂质在线监测装置和与之配套的Br2选择性气敏玻碳电极。在pH值=3.0~3.5条件下以NaClO作为氧化剂,Br2选择性气敏玻碳电极的电位与Br2含量之间的定量关系为E/mV=75 999c(Br2)/mol.L-1+866.73、R2=0.998 5。按n(ClO-)/n(Br-)≈0.25恒定地加入NaClO,根据卤水氧化液实际测量电位和与原料卤水具有相同Cl-、Br-含量的标准溶液在相同条件下所测定的基准电位之差值△E计算获得Br2含量的下降值,以此表示还原性杂质含量并据此监测提溴原料卤水中还原性杂质。原料卤水中Cl-含量的小幅度波动对还原性杂质的在线监测无明显影响。

【Abstract】 The online detecting instrument for reductive impurities in bromine production brine and the relevant Br2 sensing glassy carbon electrode are designed and developed independently.Under the condition of pH=3.0~3.5 and using NaClO as oxidizer,the quantitative relation between the potential of Br2 sensing glassy carbon electrode and the content Br2 is below:E/mV=75 999c(Br2)/mol·L-1+866.73,R2=0.998 5.When NaClO is added with the invariable ration of n(ClO-)/n(Br-)≈0.25,the drop out value of Br2 content can be calculated according to the datum potential difference between actual bittern oxidation solution and standard solution with the same content of Cl-and Br-under the same experimental condition.The content of reductive impurities in bromine production brine is showed and detected by these.It is hardly effective on the detecting of reductive impurities with the content fluctuation of Cl-.
