纳米固载杂多酸催化合成癸酸异戊酯
Catalytic Synthesis of Capric acid isoamyl ester by Nanometer Complex Heteropoly acid
【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备纳米固载杂多酸催化剂H4SiW12O40/SiO2。以癸酸和异戊醇为原料,催化合成癸酸异戊酯。考察了影响酯化率的各种因素,确定了适宜的工艺条件:酸醇物质的量比为1∶1.6,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的3%,环己烷用量为8 mL,反应时间为60 min,酯化率可达96.70%。
【Abstract】 Nanometer complex heteropoly acid(H4SiW12O40/SiO2) was prepared by the sol-gel method.Catalytic synthesis of capric acid isoamyl ester from capric acid and isoamyl alcohol.Inspected the influence esterification rate factor,the optimum conditions was that molar ratio of capric acid to isoamyl alcohol was 1∶1.6,the mass fraction of catalyst in the reaction medium was 3%,cyclohexane amount was 8 mL,and the reaction time was 60 min,the esterification rate was 96.70%.
