【摘要】 当前很多高校的教学管理存在不足,如管理内容的高度统一、管理系统的封闭、教学计划的强制性、工作监控系统形式化等。在对高校教学管理模式存在的问题及原因分析的基础上,指出新形势下高校教学管理模式创新的必要性,并提出创新教学管理模式的建议:合理进行分权,提高院系自主能力;搭建知识管理平台,构筑高校文化;优化教学模式,推动教学创新;构建评价信息系统,提高决策能力;开展绩效评估,确保建设成果。更多还原

【Abstract】 At present,the teaching management of many higher educational institutions is backward.The management content is highly integrated;the management system is closed;teaching plan is coercive;the monitoring system is patterned.Based on the analysis of these problems and the reasons,the necessity of innovation was pointed out.Meanwhile,strategies were put forward as follows: reasonable decentralization to improve the autonomy of school and college;knowledge management platform to build university culture;teaching mode optimization to promote innovation;evaluation system construction to improve decision ability;performance assessment to ensure the construction achievements.更多还原
