【Abstract】 Based on the absorption of the innovative talent cultivation experiences from foreign colleges,the paper discusses the construction of the innovative talent training system in China.Chinese colleges must define the connotation of innovative quality to update the educational concept;identify the talent types to implement individuation cultivation;set curriculum scientifically to cultivate students’ competence;set up the scientific assessment system of abilities;and encourage extracurricular scientific research to create the atmosphere of campus innovative culture.更多还原
