基于pH大滞后的3种不同单神经元PID控制及仿真比较
Three Single Neuron PID Controls and Their Simulation Comparison Based on Long-delayed pH Value
【摘要】 将单神经元PID控制引入炼油装置塔顶pH控制,对一般单神经元PID、比例系数改进的单神经元PID和改进的单神经元PID控制进行仿真。通过对仿真结果的分析可知,该方法为过程工业上不同需求的具有大滞后、非线性的控制问题提供了一个比较好的解决方法,使控制效果得到提高。
【Abstract】 The single neuron PID control was introduced to tower top’s pH control in refinery.Simulating general single-neuron PID and single neuron PID with improved proportional coefficient and improved single-neuron PID shows that this method can benefit the control of process industry which boasting of long-delayed and non-linear characteristics.
