用于中子应力谱仪的原位力学加载系统
In-situ Mechanical Loading System for Neutron Stress Spectrometer
【摘要】 自主研发了针对金属材料的原位力学加载系统,该系统以运动精度高的伺服系统带动样品拉伸,且在力的采集与处理程序中对测量值进行数据校正,保证了较高的运动和测量精度。简要介绍系统的结构和选型及其相应的软、硬件设计思路和方法。系统成功投用后的多次测试结果表明:系统运行稳定,实现了实验需要的拉伸控制和相关参数的精确监测。
【Abstract】 An in-situ mechanical loading system for metal materials was developed,and its architecture,hardware selection and algorithm design were introduced.The system has the samples stretched with high accurate servo system and the data corrected in the data acquisition program so that high movement and measuring precision can be ensured.Test result shows that this system can run stably,and the accurate tensile controlling and correlative parameter measurement can be realized as the experiment required.
