多胺-DAAM功能化PVC树脂对4-氯苯酚的吸附特性
Adsorption Properties of Polyamine-Diacetone Acrylamide Modified PVC Resin to 4-Chlorophenol
【摘要】 以聚氯乙烯为大分子骨架,经三乙烯四胺胺化,再与双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)发生Michael加成反应,合成了多胺-双丙酮丙烯酰胺修饰的聚氯乙烯树脂(DAAMPV),探讨了合成树脂对4-氯苯酚的吸附性能.结果表明,合成树脂对4-氯苯酚的吸附符合Freundlich等温式,吸附过程符合二级动力学模型,其二级速率常数在25和30℃时分别为5.38和9.04mg/(mg·min).25℃下对4-氯苯酚的吸附量为45.2mg/g,去除率可达97%以上,用无水乙醇或4%NaOH可将吸附的4-氯苯酚洗脱.
【Abstract】 Polyamine-diacetone acrylamide modified PVC resin was synthesized through amination and Michael addition reaction with PVC as support. Adsorption properties of the resin to 4-chlorophenol were studied. The experimental results showed that the adsorption isothermal process accorded with Freundlich model. Its adsorption kinetic curves obeyed a pseudo-second-order rate equation, the rate constant was 5.38 and 9.04 mg/(mg·min) at 25 and 30℃, respectively. The adsorption capacity was 45.2 mg/g at 25℃ and removal rate of the resin for 4-chlorophenol was more than 97%. 4-Chlorophenol adsorbed on the resin could be eluted with anhydrous alcohol and 4% NaOH solution.
