木棉-猪毛复合材料的吸油性能研究

【摘要】 针对木棉吸油能力高,重复使用性差的特性,开发了一款以木棉为基材的复合吸油材料:木棉-猪毛复合吸油材料。实验对复合吸油材料的饱和吸油能力和重复使用性进行了测试,并将所测值与其各组分单独使用时饱和吸油能力进行了比较。结果显示:木棉-猪毛复合吸油材料较之木棉不仅重复使用性能得到了提高,而且其饱和吸油能力也比其各组分的饱和吸油能力的叠加值要高。所以木棉-猪毛复合吸油材料是一款可开发利用的产品。

【Abstract】 Kapok fiber,an agricultural product,has a hollow structure with large lumen and contains waxy material that contributes to its hydrophobic-oleophilic characteristics.So kapok fiber has a high oil sorption capacity but low reusability.In order to enhance reusability of kapok,a material that is pig hair was mixed with kapok as oil-absorbing composite materials.The experiment tested oil sorption capacity and reusability of composite.The result was that the composite of kapok and pig hair not only has good performance of reusability,but also expresses higher oil sorption capacity in comparison with geometric superposition oil sorption value of individual components of composite materials.Flexibility of pig hair is larger than the kapok,so the composite has a higher elasticity wich paly an important role to higher reusability.In a word,the composite of kapok and pig hair is good oil-absorbing product.
