特殊压力条件下非电导爆管传爆速度的研究
Study on Explosion Velocity of Non-electric Blasting Tube in the Special Air Pressure Environment
【摘要】 研究了导爆管在方形不锈钢管道内承载3种不同压力环境的传爆速度,即:导爆管外壁承载0~0.6MPa正压,方管外引爆;导爆管内外壁承载-0.1~0MPa负压和0~0.8MPa正压,方管内引爆。结果表明:第1、2种条件下的压力变化对爆速没有影响;第3种条件下爆速先增大至1 804m/s(0.2MPa),再减小到1 424 m/s(0.8MPa),从压力增加和氧含量变化及曲线回归分析,可知导爆管在正压力增大到某一值时可能会熄爆,通过曲线回归公式计算得出该压力值为1.54MPa;压力继续增大到某一值时导爆管将拒爆。
【Abstract】 The explosive velocity of Nobel tube under three different pressure environment in a square stainless steel pipe was studied,that is Nobel tube bearing positive pressure outside from 0MPa to 0.6MPa,negative pressure inside and outside from-0.1MPa to 0MPa and positive pressure inside and outside from 0MPa to 0.8MPa.The research shows that pressure changes of the first and the second environment conditions had no effect on explosive velocity,while under the third condition,explosive velocity increased to 1 804m/s in 0.2MPa pressure environment and then decreased to 1 424m/s in 0.8MPa pressure environment.From the analysis of pressure build-up,change of oxygen content and curvilinear regression,it can be concluded that Nobel tube would fail to detonate when pressure increased to 1.54MPa based on curvilinear regression formula,and would misfire when pressure increased to a value.
