天然气集输管道高效泡排缓释剂的研究

【摘要】 通过对松原油田高CO2含量天然气对集输管道材料X60钢腐蚀规律分析,研制出一种有机醇胺体系的高效泡排缓蚀剂。利用有机醇胺分子兼有亲水性和疏水性的双亲性特性,通过表面活性剂和扩散剂(泡排剂)协调缓释剂分子与天然气成分子之间的各种相互作用力,实现醇胺分子自发地穿梭通过传输介质天然气扩散到金属表面形成保护膜,阻止了金属与介质中CO2的接触,减少了金属与CO2腐蚀反应有关的电荷转移或物质转移。采用电化学阻抗、静态室温常压失重法和静态高压失重法评价了缓蚀剂的缓释效果。结果表明,室内实验液相缓蚀速率大于85%,气相缓蚀速率大于96%,X60钢试片的腐蚀速率从缓释前的0.732mm/a降低到0.076mm/a,提高了天然气集输管道的使用寿命和系统运行的安全性。

【Abstract】 Carbon dioxide corrosion is an important destruction factor for the gathering and transferring metal pipe of natural gas.The content of CO2 in a certain gas in Jilin oil-gas field is up to 0.23%~26%,as a result of which,it has a severe problem of CO2 corrosion.Adding corrosion inhibitor is a convenient cheap applicable method,and capabilities in protecting resources and reducing material losses.Therefore,a new organic alca mines corrosion inhibitor has been made to control the CO2 corrosion after analysis of the corrosion rule of X60 steel by natural gas with high content of CO2.Firstly,the CO2 corrosion rule of this corrosion meidium is investigated.On the other hand,electrochemistry experiments,weightlessness experiments under normal temperature and normal pressure are used to investigate the influence of temperature and different concentration on the corrosion behavior of given corrosion medium.The results indicated that the inhibitor has excellent corrosion inhibition performance.The inhibition efficiencies of the corrosion inhibitor are higher than 85% in liquid phase and 96% in gas phase for X60 steel,the corrosion rate decreases from 0.732 mm/a to 0.076 mm/a.The corrosion inhibition mechanics of organic alca mines corrosion inhibitor is that the properties of hydrophile and oleophilic of organic alca mines can spontaneously diffuse from natural gas to the metal surface and adsorb on the surface to make a adsorption layer with the actions of foam releasion agent.The adsorption layer can inhibite CO2contact with metal and the transition of electric charges or materials bewteen the metal and the CO2in conveying medium.
