加氢催化裂解制取液化石油气的影响因素考察
Seeing about the effect factor of preparing liquid petroleum gas with catalyse hydrocracking
【摘要】 选择正庚烷作为模型反应物,用负载型(金属活性组分A、B)双功能加氢裂解催化剂对制取液化石油气(LPG)的主要影响因素进行了考察。结果表明:在所用的双功能加氢裂解催化剂的存在下,反应的最佳压力为1.0MPa,最佳温度为450℃,最佳的液空速为1.0h-1。
【Abstract】 The n-heptane was taken as model reactant,the double function matter supported-metal-oxide(oxide A、oxide B) was taken as catalyst,the main effect factor of making liquid petroleum gas with catalyse hydrocracking were studied.The effects show that the optimum pressure of reaction is 1.0MPa,the optimum pressure is 450 ℃,and the optimum liquid space velocity is 1.0 h-1 at presence of the double function catalyst supported-metal-oxide.
