1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐离子液体合成与表征
Synthesis and Characterization of Ionic Liquids 1-Butyl-3-Methylimidazolium Hexafluorophosphate
【摘要】 采用两步法和微波辅助法合成1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐离子液体([Bmim]PF6),研究时间、温度、配比、溶剂种类对中间体[Bmim]Br和[Bmim]PF6产率的影响,离子液体([Bmim]PF6)的结构采用红外和核磁进行表征。实验结果 1表明:反应时间为24 h、温度为70℃、反应物质的量比为1∶1.1时,中间体[Bmim]Br产率可达到92.31%,25℃下中间体[Bmim]Br和KPF6等物质的量反应24 h,[Bmim]PF6离子液体产率为68.94%;利用微波间歇加热辅助合成[Bmim]Br产率高达96.62%,[Bmim]PF6产率为73.52%。
【Abstract】 Ionic liquids 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium hexafluorophosphate(PF6) were synthesized by the two-steps method and microwave-assisted.The factors affecting the product yield of Br and PF6 such as time of synthesis,temperature,the ratio of reactants,solvents have been studied.The target product of PF6 was characterized by infrared spectra and proton nuclear magnetic resonance.The results showed that the reactive time 24 h,temperatrue 70 ℃,the molar ratio of reactants 1∶1.1,the yield of intermediate Br was 92.31%.Then equimolar potassium hexafluorophosphate was added and the reaction time was 24h at 25℃,the yield of ionic liquid PF6 is about 68.94%.The yield of Br and PF6 could reach 96.62% and 73.52% assist with intermittent microware.
