【Abstract】 Although academic and practical circles have put forward a lot of measures to solve the problem of food safety,some of which have even been put into use,the effect is not ideal,which has been known to the public.The reason for these phenomena is that the motivation mechanism is not solved yet,which leads to the invalidity of the measures mentioned above.The measures to be taken to fix the problem should give full play to the power of government and society as well.更多还原
