大量镅与非放射性杂质存在时锔源α谱分析方法研究
The Analysis of Alpha Spectrum of Curium with the Presence of a Large Number of 241Am and other Non-radioactive Impurity
【摘要】 α谱分析是同位素稀释法测量α放射性核素的关键步骤之一。文章讨论了当锔源中存在241Am和大量非放射性杂质时,采用"指数拟合法"与"平均值法",求242Cm、244Cm核素放射性比值的方法;认为采用"平均值法"结果可靠,且给出的不确定度可以满足测量要求。
【Abstract】 It has been generally accepted that alpha spectrum analysis is a key process for detection of alpha decay radionuclide by isotope dilution method.The work presented in the paper focuses on exponential fitting and average counting for calculating the ratio of 242Cm to 244Cm when a large number of 241Am and other non-radioactive impurity are present.The results show that average counting is more reliable.Furthermore,the uncertainty of average counting reaches the demand of detection.
