基于PLC的真空联锁保护与运动控制系统
The Interlocked Vacuum Protection and Motor Control System Based on PLC
【摘要】 合肥光源二期工程重大维修改造项目对光束线真空联锁保护与运动控制系统采用标准化、模块化设计。介绍了国家同步辐射实验室BL10光束线站真空联锁保护的控制逻辑要点以及用西门子的FM353模块实现对该线站步进电机的定位控制。研制出了基于西门子S7-300 PLC的光束线站联锁保护与运动控制系统。系统的可靠性、稳定性以及抗干扰能力等都得到相应提高,也便于对线站进行统一维护管理。
【Abstract】 The interlocked vacuum protection and motor control system is designed with standardization and modularization by PLC in Major maintenance projects of Hefei Light Source(HLS).The system logical points of BL10 beamline station of National Synchrotron Radiation Laboratory are been introduced.And the stepper motor positioning control of BL10 beamline was achieved by module FM353.The system base on Siemens S7-300 PLC has been developed for BL10 beamline station.By implementing this system,reliability stability and anti-jamming of the system is enhanced.
