【摘要】 阐述了黑河换流站系统调试试验项目、试验步骤和HP3滤波器的特性,分析了黑河换流站调试中HP3滤波器进行试充电合闸时保护动作的原因,提出了相应的解决方法和有关建议。HP3滤波器重新充电合闸试验结果表明,该滤波器各定值的整定方法有效,低端电抗过负荷保护未动作,HP3滤波器保护装置运行正常。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the debugging test,test procedures and characteristics of HP3 filter in Heihe converter station,analyzes the reasons for protection action of HP3 filter switching on in Heihe converter station during trial charging and gives relevant solutions and advices.The test result shows that this filter is effective in setting fixed values,prevents over-load protection action at low end reactance and guarantees normal running of HP3 filter’s protection device.更多还原
