基于颜色传感器的酚酞碱度自动测量装置

【摘要】 针对当前测量电厂水质碱度方法操作复杂,自动化程度低,难以满足工业现场循环水监测需要的状况。笔者设计开发了一种酚酞碱度自动测量装置。测量方法以目视比色法原理为基础,以LabVIEW为系统开发软件,利用TCS230颜色传感器采集碱度滴定过程中溶液颜色变化,然后,根据颜色相似性原理自动判断滴定终点。实践证明,采用该装置测量酚酞碱度,准确度高,速度快。

【Abstract】 The complex operation and low automation of measuring the water alkalinity in the power plant hardly meet the demand of cycling water monitoring in the industrial field.Taking that into consideration,the author develops the automatic measurement device for phenolphthalein alkalinity.The measuring method is based on visual colorimetric principle,employing Lab VIEW as system developing software.The TCS230 color sensor will collect the solution’s color change during the alkalinity titration and the titrations will automatically ends based on the color similarity principle.Practice proves that it is accurate and rapid to employ this device to measure the phenolphthalein alkalinity.
