【摘要】 文章介绍了质量功能展开(QFD)是一种将顾客需求进行多层次的演绎与变换,最终实现基于需求的产品方案设计及技术设计方法;为了弥补QFD方法需求变换中的主观片面性,将层次分析法(AHP)引入QFD应用过程中,对需求进行分析并得到不同需求的重要度,进而进行优化设计,以行星齿轮减速器的多目标优化设计为例,验证了AHP-QFD设计方法的实用效果。

【Abstract】 Quality function deployment(QFD) puts the customer demands into multi-level deduction and commutation,and finally realizes the product design and technical design based on customer demands.In order to make up the subjectiveness and one-sidedness of QFD method during demands commutation,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) is introduced into QFD.Through the AHP analysis of the customer demands,the importance degree of different customer demands is obtained.Finally by taking the multi-objective optimization design of planetary gear reducer as an example,the practical effect of QFD-AHP design method is verified.
