【摘要】 文章通过对某普通高校学生财务管理课程教学效果与教学质量的调查与分析,得出我国高校教学团队建设已初见成效,但并没有突破传统教学组织模式,教学团队建设水平还不高的结论。今后,各高校应高度重视、引导教学团队发展,加强教学团队制度建设,完善教学团队的激励与约束机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis upon the teaching achievement and quality of the Financial Management Course in one university,it is concluded that the teaching team construction in China has achieved preferable results but the teaching model is still too traditional and thee overall quality is not high enough.It is proposed that colleges should attach more importance to the development of the teaching team construction with effective motivating strategies as well as supervision system.更多还原
