【Abstract】 Folklore source groups have folklore rights.Among them,economic rights of folklore rights mainly include right of using and spreading,right of admission of using,right of getting reward,right of getting support,right of recourse and right of import.In the interest of protecting folklore,and don’t confine the development and spreading of folklore too much,we need to limit the rights of right subjects.That is to set up using reasonable system,legal permission system,and compulsory permission system separately.更多还原
